What does Psalm 68 mean?

It is written as per Psalm 68:4-6, "Sing unto God, Sing praises to his name: Extol him that rideth upon the heavens By his name JAH, and rejoice before him. A father of the fatherless, and a judge of the widows, is God in his holy habitation. God setteth the solitary in families: He bringeth out those which are bound with chains: But the rebellious dwell in a dry land!"

Likewise, as per Psalm 68:31-32, "Princes shall come out of Egypt; Ethiopia shall soon stretch out her hands unto God. Sing unto God, ye kingdoms of the earth; O sing praises unto the Lord; Selah."

My interpretation if Elohim allows me:

The World often regards Ethiopia (Africa) as a people of chains (slavery/colonialism) and a dry land (literally). However, if Ethiopia (diaspora i.e. the Carribean) lifts her voice to her father, Elohim, through songs of praise he shall surely set her free from mental/spiritual/physical bondage. To further support this claim... the word "Egypt" in the context (Pslam 68) can also be defined as bondage or slavery. "Princes" can also translate to leaders/royalty/heirs.

Essentially, leaders from Ethiopia (Africa) will come out of mental/spiritual/physical bondage (Egypt) and modern day Africa and the diaspora will sing unto her heavenly father. He will then set 'us' free.
